every morning, somewhere around 5am, my husband wakes up for work. okay, so not every morning, but weekdays…if he doesnt sleep in or skip the gym. when the weekends roll around, he sleeps as if hes in a small coma. waking him up on a no-wedding-saturday anytime before 9am is pretty much a no no. which makes this next statement only partly true. we love farmers markets. and by we, i mean me. although, i’m sure andrew would love them if they didnt start at like 7am in the morning.
this saturday, while andrew probably is still asleep, a friend and i are going to do the farmers market a bit differently. we’re going to sell. one of our local restaurant owners here in niceville decided that he wanted to start up a once a month local farmers market. he invited anyone who was interested to bring a table and their local grown, homemade, secret recipe stuff. yes, i said stuff. because really, who wants to make a list when you can just say “stuff”.
so, if you’d like to come join in on one of the things that i love, come to the niceville farmers market on saturday starting at 7am. i’ll be there trying not to eat all the lemonberry scones and blueberry muffins i’m making.
